Welcome to DigitalPreneur. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Membership & Subscription

Access to the DigitalPreneur ecosystem requires a valid active subscription. The subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

• Renewal: Membership does not auto-renew to prevent accidental charges. You must manually renew.
• Access: If your membership expires, access to the dashboard, marketplace, and earnings will be suspended until renewal.

3. Referral Program

We offer a referral program as an incentive to grow our community. Here are the rules:

• Earnings: You earn ₦2,000 for every unique user who registers and subscribes using your referral link.
• Self-Referral: Using your own link to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning and loss of earnings.
• Payouts: Referral earnings are credited instantly to your dashboard balance.

4. Conduct & Fair Use

We strive to keep the platform honest and fair. Prohibited activities include:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to perform tasks.
• Creating fake accounts or identity theft.
• Spamming referral links on platforms that prohibit it.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.

5. Withdrawals

Earnings accumulated on the platform can be withdrawn to your registered bank account.

• Withdrawals are processed daily.
• You must have an active subscription to withdraw earnings.
• Bank details must match the account holder's name.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigitalPreneur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
